Hometown Residential is your real estate partner.

Our firm focuses primarily on two goals:

We bring together investors to purchase investment properties in a process called Syndication. Think of it as a smaller, not publicly traded version of a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).  Through our acquisitions process, we create a new LLC with a group of investors who pool their capital to jointly purchase real estate.  Then, owners get a return on investment equal to their percentage ownership of the asset payable on a quarterly basis.

 

Syndication is a great way for new investors to get into real estate or for seasoned investors to distribute risk/reward across multiple properties and increase their buying power.

 

We handle every step of the syndication process from identifying deals, finding other like minded investors, performing due diligence, and closing on real estate transactions.

We manage real estate for clients so they don’t need to do it themselves. Managing real estate is not easy and requires a responsible party to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our robust property management division and integrated software allows us to track maintenance requests, bill pay and paycheck services, tenant payables, and conduct record keeping and accounting.  We also have a long list of 3rd party vendors and professional advisors at our fingertips from years of cultivating good business relationships.
